The Development of humankind such as scientific progress and economic growth enrich our lives and the life in which we donft feel inconvenience is thought to be nothing special. Contrary to our developments, it is not too much to say that the global environment is going to decline. We should not rely on the current comfortable situation and we believe that this problem must be taken seriously.
